Dear clients,
The current government guidance permits us to open on a click and collect basis; however we are very conscious of the need for caution. With this in mind we would like to remind you of our protocols and safety procedures.
Make payment before leaving home
Following an auction successful clients will receive an invoice by email which will detail how to pay by bank transfer. Clients can also make payment using their debit card over the phone. Please note we cannot take Credit card payments over the phone.
All invoices must be settled before arrival to the saleroom and there can be no payment of any kind in person.
Book a collection slot
Clients must also book a collection slot over the telephone and must not turn up to the saleroom without having booked a slot. A tip would be if you know you are going to purchase lots then book a collection slot during the sale by calling the office.
Please endeavour to turn up at the saleroom on time and not early as we will not be able to help you. Also if you are running late please call the office to advise.
Hands, Face, Space
Please ensure you wear a face covering and if you are able to wear gloves then please do. We will supply hand sanitizer and clean all tables after clients. Also do not wait in close proximity to other clients. There is plenty of space to maintain social distance.
All the measures above are purely for the safety of yourselves and all of our staff in these very trying circumstances and we thank you all for your co-operation and understanding.
